1) Diagnosis of tricuspid atresia with normally related great arteries
AND
2) Age < 3 months at time of diagnosis
AND
3) Admitted to a CHSS instiuttion after Jan.1, 1999 i.e. birthdate after October 1, 1998
Exclusion Criteria:
1) Patients with AV discordance/Double outlet
OR
2) First intervention at non-CHSS institution
OR
3) Age > 3 months at time of diagnosis i.e. birthdate before October 1, 1998
